Saffi 15 Apartments

Communication was excellent, Daria replied to my message quickly and explained details. Self check in instruction was clear. The apartment is spacious and equips with everything needed.

Shampoo provided only for the first night, if you stay longer then you have to prepare your own. Only a very thin blanket provided for the sofa bed in October, air conditioner did not help much to warm up.

We were sent instructions on how to access the accommodation , however we were unable to locate this information and were confused on which apartment and how to access. We were able to contact the host who talked us through what we needed to do. The kitchen was well equipped and I was pleased to see a kettle as well as a coffee pod machine

It is very clean. The lift and A/C worked well. There was just enough diahes and deinking glasses to get buy. Communication with the host was exceptional and she was extremely helpful. Wifi worked well. It was quiet. The laundry was a nice feature.

The bed was very hard. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was more comfortable than the bed. There was major road construction on the street in front of the apartment. There was no dishwasher detergent.

City center walking distance location. Apartment comfortable and good equipped. Small issues with finding parking space bur still manageable. Very good contact with host very nice who was quickly replying my questions.

Clean and comfortable apartments, well equipped, safe neighbourhood, next to the central area of the city.

It was a large house. It was clean. There were tea and coffee facilities. They were very interested. They constantly informed us about what we could experience in the city. They answered our questions sincerely.

Towels were very old.

The apartment is very nice, in a good neighbourhood, very close to the old town and main attractions (aprox 20 min by foot). We were two women travelling and we always felt very safe in the area, even late at night. There are also nice restaurants and coffeeshops around if you arrive late and need to eat something nearby (like we did). The room is spacious, has a well-equipped kitchen, and some complementary coffee, tea and water. There was shower gel in the bathroom as well, but only one small bag for each of us. We also liked that the place had a balcony :) The host was awesome. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We received information about the area, restaurants, and how to get there from the airport. The host also let us have a late check-out. Thank you so much for this!

Everything was great. Maybe if I have to mention one thing is the pillows, which were not very comfortable. But it was ok for 3 nights. And, again, the apartment is very nice and this did not bother us too much.

It had everything you need, makes you feel at home. Staff was very helpful and the location was very close to center.
