Many things I didnt like. While booking I made it clear that I will arrive by 8 am however they didnt allow me. They asked for extra charges for early check-in. Took 500 extra. When I told them I have made it clear while booking, they arrogantly said "we dont know anything, go to the website and tell them". On second day, nobody came for cleaning, towel was not replaced. Commode in the bathroom was having a leakage, all wastewater was flowing on the bathroom floor. Bathroom was sticking with foul smell.
