Bedsheets and pillows were dirty and had stains, had to get those changed which took some time. Wifi was not working.
ININWe booked the room for 1 night and even confirmed the stay on call. We specified that the time for check in might be around 5 am. But when we reached the hotel, there was no rooms reserved for us. They had given the room away even after we confirmed the stay by calling them. It was very difficult to find another hotel at 4:30 AM, especially after a long flight.
