Our room was on the ground floor on a road.

No literature in room as to how to use the coffee machine or the tv - which was a challenge! Also the shower was in the bath which had high sides and no hand rail so a bit tricky to get in and out of. The temperature of the water in the shower difficult to operate and regulate, but maybe that was just in our room?

Some rooms are ground floor and face the road, but sound proofing and curtains are good enough to mitigate this.

Everything was very good, except cheap and hot duvet, and pillow far too thick and bulky. Please change them, the bad choice of bedding spoils what is a great venue!
