GBA lovely pub hotel in the town of Usk. The bedroom was a good size and the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was modern and very clean, the shower had instant hot water. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The meals offered in the pub restaurant and bar were varied and good portions, with home cooked food not processed rubbish. The pub bar had a lovely real log fire and a good friendly atmosphere. There was parking across the road in the pub car park.
There wasn’t any fresh fruit or yogurt at for breakfast.

The pillows were terrible. I have a large firm pillow at home but the ones in the room were massive. The spare ones were identical too.
GBGBStaff were warm, welcoming and very professional. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, and served in generous proportions. The bar area was full of character. A very central location.
GBExceptional decor. The room was very comfortable and well- appointed e.g L’Or coffee-making machine and pods/ free mineral water and fridge in corridor from which a replacement bottle of water could be taken/ Smart TV in room with hotel login for Netflix/ iplayer etc. Great breakfast !
The room was a little noisy due to it being positioned over the main entrance, with hotel revellers coming and going until midnight. This was not a fault of the hotel though.
