GBVery convenient for attending a family party in Usk. Check-in very efficient, staff member friendly and informative. Small car park at back of hotel very convenient for unloading luggage and accessing hotel. Great coffee from coffee pod machine in room. Room and bathroom very clean. Bed comfortable.
Breakfast room dark, no yoghurt or fresh fruit at breakfast. Bedroom hot, couldn't sleep. No hooks on backs of doors. No soap holder in shower. Couldn't adjust shower from waterfall to hand-held. Room and corridor rather clinical. Forgot door not self-locking, another male guest came in by mistake while I was changing. "Deluxe" rather an overstatement, felt it was more "standard", compared to other places I've stayed.

I booked a twin room which was a lot more expensive than a double room. On arrival we were shown 2 double rooms and I insisted a twin room so the staff just split the double bed! Had a known I would have booked the cheaper double room.

The breakfast could have offered a few pastry selections.
