Quartier très agréable, trois stations de métro dans un rayon de 750 m, supérette juste à côté et d'autres commerces à proximité, équipement de la cuisine complet...

- Le canapé-lit est un divan sur lequel on peut dormir mais qu'on ne peut déplier pour en faire un lit. - L'éclairage dans la chambre et le salon était défectueux. Après 10 minutes il se mettait à clignoter comme un stroboscope, au point qu'on doive les éteindre tous les deux. - Aucune fenêtre ne s'ouvre, donc impossible d'aérer l'appartement. - Air conditionné seulement dans la chambre. - Les flacons de savon et bain douche étaient quasiment vides au point qu'on ne savait même pas les utiliser.

Quite nice neighborhood; well equipped kitchen.

Window in bedroom cannot be closed completely, in winters can be an issue; bed not comfortable at all.

Marvelous location - one of the best features is the Union Market right next door. In addition to making food shopping convenient it has an excellent deli. The apartment is convenient to public transportation, the Brooklyn Art Museum, Brooklyn Library, Prospect Park, and the Barkeley Center. There are many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The bed was excellent and the place was very clean.

Beautiful use of the space and decorated wonderfully.

The bathroom would get stinky when the shower was on

The apartment is fairly big, and for the location it is definitely good value. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable. Wifi is good and there is a smart TV. The neighborhood is usually really quiet.

The information on Booking could have been clearer. First of all, we couldn’t even find out which apartment we were staying in (there are 6 apartments at the same address) until we saw some thing in the Q&A section that helped us. We had to ask how to use the shower (it’s really strange, would never figure out on my own) but thankfully we got a response via Booking within 24 hours. The most frustrating thing was the old heater. The only way to keep it quiet is to turn it all the way up and the room became extremely hot. It would start to make horrible noise (like there is a construction site inside) if the water pressure is not high enough or the heater is shut down. Because the heater is hot, the draft from the bedroom window was not a problem for us (there were some pillows put up around the window but I don’t think they really help). The cleanness can be improved. There’s dirt on the floor. The garbage bin in the toilet was not emptied, and there were some leftover tacos in the microwave…
