Welcome to “Sunny Park Slope Retreat”!

Very good, pleasant, and safe neighborhood. There is a good supermarket nearby and many cafes in the area. The apartment is cute, clean, and has a good kitchen. The host is very responsive, polite, and friendly. The check-in instructions were sent in advance, and everything was as per the instructions.

We were there at the end of December, and it was cold outside. The apartment has heating, but there's a slight draft from the windows. It's not critical, but it's something to note.

Close to the venue and a perfect space for two people.

The location is fantastic, quiet, and is the perfect size for one person (and maybe a couple). The water was hot and bath linens were clean.

Major complaint: The temperature outside was in the low 20s Fahrenheit when I visited in December, and the heat wasn’t on in the apartment. There was no explanation for how to turn it on, but I suspect it was off for the whole building since the radiators and the wall pipes were cold. I doubled up on comforters on the bed but was still freezing all night. The apartment was decently clean, but I found a long black hair in the bed under the pillow when I checked in and was going to lie down (I don’t have black hair), so that felt a bit gross. The closet doors in the bedroom are completely broken and don’t close properly. The bathroom vent is pretty dusty and clogged, and needs a good clean.

The location is great near stores, restaurants and subway/bus stops

The property wasn’t clean when we arrived, the bathroom was cleared used and covered with shit in some places. It was disgusting. The noise for the heater, one day the noise started at 3 am it was really scary

Awesome location, pretty clean and plenty of space for three. Kitchen was quite complete, convenient when traveling with kids!

We couldn’t seem to adjust the heat, activate the shower head, and the tv would not work - perhaps dead batteries in the remote, but a short instruction guide on these items would have been appreciated.

The location of the property is just perfect. Quiet but close enough to amenities. There is a great shop underneath and short walk to subway. Equipped basic but well enough and very quick to respond to an internet issue.

We were adults with large cases so was a bit tight for space in bedroom but nothing that couldn’t be sorted. Although booked 3 adults there was. Only 2 towels but again we managed.

Cute kitchen and nicely decorated. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops and the Q train. Comfy bed and good sunlight. Great little leave for 2, three would be a crowd.

Said it had a dishwasher and it didn’t. Only two mismatched towels were provided, we dug out a hand towel for the bathroom and could have used an extra towel for hair and washcloths. Also very little toilet paper was provided, we had to buy a roll after one day. The tv did not work tho the site says streaming services provided. We even bought batteries for the remote. Overall disappointing.
