De Yang House Sa Pa

What I liked most about De Yang House was the peaceful environment and the homely feeling. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic amenities. Getting around was quite convenient, and many restaurants and attractions were only a short distance away.

De Yang House has a very convenient location, not too far from the city center, making it easy to reach restaurants, cafés, and tourist attractions. The room is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at night, which helped me relax and sleep very well.

Nice design. Warm, kind and helpful host. Surrounded by nature and good restaurants. Quiet during the night. Nice shared kitchen but using it cost money. Nice shared living room. Easy to find. Clean room with heating blanket which was nice for colder nights. Overall very good.

We were not clear that it’s shared bathroom only. But it was okay. The water takes time to heat up so you just need to plan ahead before taking shower like 10-15min. There are gaps in the walls so you are kind of sharing noise with all the other guests. So just to be aware of that. But all guests were polite and quiet.

Very cute and thoughtfully decorated, we took a taxi from Sapa town here and it was easy to get to. The room was clean with nice big windows. The shared bathrooms were kept clean. The host was very kind!
