De Yang House Sa Pa

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der schönen Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation war schnell und einfach und alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist ein besonderer Ort mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick und einem ruhigen kleinen Garten mit freundlichen Hühnern. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Das Bett lässt sich sogar beheizen - wahrer Luxus. Besonders toll sind auch die vielen sehr guten Cafés und Restaurants direkt daneben. Für das Frühstück empfehlen wir „The Hermit“ mit selbstgemachte Sauerteigbrot, für die besten Cinnamonrolls und Kuchen das kleine „Loco Café“ und wirklich außergewöhnlich gutes Essen gibt es bei „The Hmong Sisters“. Wir können den Aufenthalt an diesem besonderen Ort extrem empfehlen - dazu ist es ein sehr guter Preis. Hinweis: bei den oberen Zimmern ist ein Teil nur durch einen Vorhang vom Hauptteil des Hauses getrennt. Das ist üblich für die Gegend, aber wer geräuschempfindlich ist sollte Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen. Wir hat keine Probleme, da das Haus nicht voll war.

We loved our stay here, it was so cozy and Dung was amazing and very helpful! 🙏 A heated mattress and a hot shower were a blessing after a cold day on Fansipan!

We actually booked our stay not only because we fell in love with the house, but because we hoped to see the dogs what where in the pictures, unfortunately they weren't there when we where, but some neighborhood dogs came in from time to time. 🩵

Nice size room with comfortable bed, towels and water provided, hot shower, the house is super nicely decorated and the host was super helpfull. Nice quiet location, close to very nice coffee bars, restaurants and spa.

The mattress quality was top-notch and the space was incredibly clean. It’s rare to find a place that balances great scenery with such a functional and comfortable room. The host was always available when needed

The homestay is close to many restaurants and the owner is helpful and accommodating.

There's a slope to the homestay and there isn't any help from the property with your luggage. Besides that, the staircase to the rooms upstairs are very steep and narrow.
