Banks Rooms - Minster, Isle of Sheppey

The room was lovely and had nice furnishings, the bed was very comfortable, it was very clean, nice little touch with the continental breakfast, tea and coffee.

If I could say anything, I was left a continental breakfast which was a lovely touch but no bowl to put the cereal in and also now days most places you stay have shower gel, so I did not take any, there was hand wash if really stuck.

Clean and bright large room and bathrooms finished in a country modern flavour. Friendly staff who made up room especially for our early arrival. Healthy self-served breakfast in the room. Location is close to Minster town with good parking space.

Beautiful room, well decorated and furnished. Quiet location. Some nice provisions left - fresh croissants, milk, fruit etc and cereal, tea, coffee.

Only occupant in the whole building, felt a little uneasy as it was my elderly mum staying and she had no phone etc to contact us/the owner if there was an issue. Main gate had a lock for overnight but main door to access the property didn’t.

The room was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The help from staff pre-arrival was fantastic and they were so helpful. The check-in process was seamless and the breakfast was so cute! Highly recommend.
