Good layout and location

Beds extremely hard. Towels terrible. Microfibre is not suitable for bathrooms and all six of us hated them. Teatowel too small also. We stayed here on 11th March and towels were fine then.

The place looked great on the photos, but is definitely not "Deluxe"

Appalled at the lack of thought gone into this place, microfiber towels that were very small, disposable foot towels that stick to your feet, lack of any sufficient cooling for very hot days in Christchurch. The hosts have not put any effort into making this place comfortable and should definitely not title it Deluxe

Clean

Beds were like planks of wood. Unit 8 has no ceiling fans or air con upstairs, cant open windows as traffic noise is horrendous. So sleeping on a hot nite aint going to happen. The towels supplied would dry a hobbit not an adult.

Very new and clean, great bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is impressive. Comfortable beds. Very close to city.

Quite hard to find the entry as it's on the main road. Some appliances need proper cleaning. Property is facing the road, noise and privacy might be a concern for some people.

Great amenities downstairs. Plenty of space for six adults. Clean and tidy.

Shower trap upstairs was clogged. We cleaned it ourselves to avoid flooding. Fan and heater in other upstairs room were visibly very dusty. Beds very firm, could do with a mattress topper to soften.
