GBThe property is in an excellent location and the additional room inside made the stay comfortable and allowed us to move about without bumping into one another as happens in smaller caravans. The shower bathroom was a good size, the living room furniture was comfortable and the selection of books and DVDs was a bonus. Our dog appreciated the conservatory / sun room extension as well.
The only minor fault was the cleanliness following the previous occupants, with some sticky / marked surfaces a pair of pyjama bottoms left behind and some general rubbish under / behind furniture. The additional charge for bed linen was not clear before booking but that may be me not reading the full terms & conditions.

When booking the caravan I didn’t realise dogs was aloud(2) The caravan did have a smell of wet dog I thought but overall was very clean No bedding (when paid for) Light bulb out in the conservatory Bed broke in conservatory Spent the 1st day ringing and messaging for bedding and fixing the bed
GBGreat accommodation, great facilities and ideal location for what we were there for grandsons football tournament at Butlins. Very relaxing weekend. 😀

The boiler was constantly loosing pressure and had to be bled to get hot water/heating.
