GBLocation, size, warmth and sound proofed
GBSize of property. Walk in shower. 2 toilets. Real sofa and chairs. Wi-fi. Fridge freezer. Parking.
Gas heating caused us a problem. We don't have gas and it took a while towork out why it wasn't working. Turned out to be low pressure. Valve was very stiff, and when did manage to turn it, pressure went up to nearly three. Wasn't sure if this was OK or not as literature said pressure to be between 1.1 and 1.5! Couldn't find a bread knife. Tv channel changing and other tv features worked extremely slowly and often not at all.
GBClean and has all the amenities. Really quiet and not fair from the centre.
Only downfall is the towel rack in the shower room. When heating is on it’s next to the toilet and burned my leg cause I didn’t think about it. Real close to toilet but used the other toilet after that.
GBThe property was fantastic we took our disabled daughter for a short break the size and layout of the lodge was brilliant so much space for her to move about in

The boiler kept turning off. We had to redo the pressure on the boiler multiple times a day. We had to call someone out when we got there, and they said there was a leak in the boiler, causing the pressure to drop

I thought accommodation of this class would have supplied bed linen and towels .and the decking furniture could have been better

GBGBGBThe location was perfect - we have stayed on that caravan site numerous times and it has fantastic facilities. The weather was beautiful. The caravan was fab very spacious, one of the best ones we have stayed in so far in the few years we been coming Skegness. Fab that it’s pet friendly so we could bring our two little doggies. Great that we could sit outside on the patio bit and enjoy the sunshine.
It could have been cleaner it didn’t look like it had been cleaned . Lots of dust, marks etc on things ie the shower screen, the sinks etc. Wouldn’t put me off as we loved the caravan and was good value for money.
