Sun Spalato Hills 4

Excellent communication with the hosts before and during our stay. Our coffee maker wasn't working and they replaced it within hours. Nicely appointed apartment with a spacious living room/kitchen area, lovely deck with a dining table (there is also one in the kitchen), a hot tub, and lounge chairs. Everyone in our group except me made great use of the sauna. The washing machine was a much appreciated bonus.

The walk back up the hill from the port, but the quiet neighborhood helped to make up for that. And the walk was only about 15 minutes, I'm just out of shape lol.

The location was perfect. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the waterfront and old town. There was also a supermarket a short walk away. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and had a beautiful patio overlooking the water. The beds and pillows were so comfortable we woke up refreshed every morning. There was a sauna and hot tub, both of which were an amazing addition after long days of exploring. It was so nice to relax in the hot tub overlooking the sea at the end of the day.

The only minor complaints which weren't really an issue because there was a supermarket close by, was that there was not enough toilet paper or body wash and there was no conditioner. There were no dish towels or beach towels and there was only 1 pod left for the washing machine. Since we did run out, we were able to just stop by the supermarket to purchase these items as well as beach towels for our planned boat excursion. Overall, not enough of an issue to change our review, just an fyi it would be a nice touch to have these things more stocked so we didn't have to worry about replenishing them.

Nice place..modern. clean..so much room. And hot tub and sauna to boot.

High end prices and promises of let us know what you need and a simple request for an extra laundry soap was responded to in effect "we give you two and that's our policy." Really? Hot tub. Sauna. Really nice place. Emails floating you are there for us. And then that?

Location was perfect, 10 mins walk to the old town. It has a beautiful sea view & the facilities were very high standard

We had a wonderful time staying here - it’s modern, clean and has everything you need, plus it is walking distance from Split old town. The hot tub and sauna were extra perks which we enjoyed! Would stay here again if ever in Split!
