Location is nearer to the sea

Very cozy, excellent location...all round worth it..

The fact that I by accident broke a cup and a bit of a struggle getting in securing the key etc , but everything else was spot on

The location was decent and the booking process itself through Booking.com was straightforward. Images match (however not match the cleanliness/sounds and smells).

The stay was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. The property had cockroaches, which is completely unacceptable. The air conditioning was not working during a 38°C heatwave, making the apartment almost unbearable. The drains were not functioning properly, and the kitchen drain had a very strong sewage smell. It was also very noisy, making it difficult to rest. After raising these issues, the property arranged fumigation without properly confirming it with us. This forced us to leave the property, causing significant disruption. As someone who suffers from asthma, this was particularly concerning and handled very irresponsibly. Since then, the property has not responded to my messages or to Booking.com’s attempts to contact them regarding these issues, which is extremely unprofessional. Overall, the hygiene, maintenance, communication, and handling of the situation were all unacceptable.

The location is pretty good within Sea Point , close to the beach and all the good restaurants bars and Main Street. It’s also within easy reach to Clifton and city Centre. Easy access to the property with self checking in. Despite having two rooms, I used it as a single person so the size was pretty good. Also the balcony gets good sunlight most of day and sunset. The flat has all necessary amenities for long stays

The advantage of being in the main street is also its disadvantage because it’s quite noisy during the day. At night is not a problem as the area after 11 gets more quiet, but the sound isolation in the flat is not great. Otherwise pretty good

Information provided prior to our stay. I struggled to find the place - a drop location on WhatsApp might help and suggestion on parking. Was not easy to find parking nearby. Some info on the safety would help - it was great when some neighbors shared some more info,

We booked a two bedrooms 2 BATHROOMS unit as per the advert on the website and when we arrived we found it was two bedroom and one and a half bathrooms We tried to call Coastal City Vibes they said it was up to Booking.com and we could not get through to you. My 22 year old grandson from Australia had to sleep on the ridiculous bed made for little children and share a bathroom.
