GBNothing. It was NOT brand new!The flat was unsafe as the door did not lock. The door was unlocked when we arrived with the key safe wide open and the key jammed inside.There was dead vermin in the front garden, the entrance path had not been cleaned. The flat smelled of stale smoke. The customer care that they claim was 24hrs did not exist. We moved to other accommodation at considerable expense. They claimed that they had not seen our messages and the system was working, suggesting that we were not telling the facts as they were. The location is in the middle of a social housing estate and despite the company’s assertions that it is not student accommodation, research suggests it is.
Dead vermin in the garden, door didn’t lock, awful customer service, smelt of stale smoke. The entrance to the flat was not clean.

GBMe and 2 year old had lovely stay in the property. Place was bijoux but comfortable and very warm and welcoming. Bed was comfy, shower and bathroom well maintained and clean. Towels provided which were soft and large.
Real flowers are always more attractive than artificial.
GBI'd be surprised if the host can tie his own shoes. Hands down the worst place I've stayed in 10 years. Cheap everything, mattress is the worst ever. Sofa is awful. No soap. Couldn't check in on the right day because the host decided to just not reply to any messages for the entire day of checkin then tried to blame me. Avoid.

It is not brand new, at least 3 yrs old and the bed shows that. You can see and feel the springs and no mattress cover. No coffee machine as stated in the facilities. Only one frying pan works on the induction hob but there are others including an aluminium saucepan and 2 frying pans which don't work. There was nothing to put food in for the microwave. The rubbish bin was broken and black mould in the shower. I told the owners but they had no Solutions apart from they will deal with it. Pointless.. In my opinion the place needs looking at before being rented again. I have asked for a partial refund but again ignored
