Noisy aircon units from adjoining hotel right outside bedroom window. Noise throughout the night. Window cleaner banging windows at 07.15 in the morning.

Clean, modern, close to the city centre. Every appliance if you needed them. Excellent.

At night I could hear the fans outside the bedroom window.

-Location was great - not far from the city centre and also perfect for the train station too. -Free car parking was a bonus. -Living room area and beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for a family of 4.

-Cleanliness of kitchen equipment was disappointing. We had to run the cutlery through the dishwasher before using. -Although we knew this prior to booking, a 10am check-out time seemed rather early.

We stayed in this stunning apartment in York for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The self check-in was incredibly smooth and straightforward, which made arrival stress-free. The personalised technology and the attention to detail throughout the apartment really stood out and made it feel extra special. The apartment itself was absolutely pristine—clearly finished to a very high standard with stylish décor and top-quality furnishings. The location is ideal—just a short walk to York’s main attractions and city centre, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet spot. It offered the perfect balance of convenience and calm. Overall, a luxurious and comfortable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting York.

Absolutely nothing.

Location was great and had secured parking.

Unfortunately the shower drain hadn't been cleaned and was blocked that stopped having a shower for a day, wouldn't have been a problem if we were there for a week but we were only there for 3 days. The vacuuming hadn't been done in the bedroom and there were old contact lenses on the bedside table.

The property was very comfortable and spacious.

We would have liked the property to have been a little warmed, however it was an extremely cold weekend.

It was such a luxurious apartment. From the decor to the furnishings it felt very high end. The bed was more comfortable than our one at home! The location was unbeatable for us, was a stones throw from the train station and a short walk into town. We just wish we had longer to enjoy

Nothing that impacted our stay too much. But there weren't any sharp knives, or potentially we just couldn't find them (for cooking). And luggage storage would always be a bonus, even if its a special rate with the local place near the train station. But as i say, definitely not stuff that impacted our stay or would stop me recommending the apartment. It was brilliant
