The location in terms of access and convenience was outstanding

The apartment was very warm and opening a window meant there was a lot of noise due to some generators directly outside the main bedroom. The Jack and Jill style toilet may not suit everyone

It was well located for the centre of York and also the train station. The property was exceptionally clean and very nicely decorated. It had everything you needed with everything from bathroom toiletries to dishwasher and washing machine tablets. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely return.

Really luxurious feel to this spacious apartment. Brilliant facilities and spotlessly clean. We were only there for a couple of nights but the kitchen was equipped to support a much longer stay. Location is perfect for a visit to all that York city centre has to offer, all within comfortable walking distance. Having allocated parking was fantastic.

Instructions for collection of the keys were not clear enough. Was asked to provide a check-in time but not why and what the consequences of missing this slot were. Arrived 5 minutes late and (after a 5 hour journey) happened to bump into who I assume was our contact to get us through the car park barrier who was not best pleased it seemed! Not particularly welcoming. Be aware that the apartment is very warm and the windows only open a few inches so impossible to get a meaningful airflow to cool the place down. Fans are provided which was most welcome. The other thing to be aware of is the noise from the collection of heat pumps (I assume that's what they were anyway) located just outside on the ground below the apartment and which ran constantly through the night. Had to close the windows (not ideal when so warm) and even then it was possible to hear them clearly. Unless you are a heavy sleeper, you'll need to wear ear plugs to get a good night of sleep, a shame because the beds were super comfortable.

The apartment was excellent, very spacious, clean, and comfortable with easy access to the city. The secure carpark was great.

The bedrooms were within a few feet of the adjacent Hilton Hampton hotels plant room, which were extremely noisy to the extent we struggled to get any sleep , which had an overall negative impact on our holiday. The website claimed this was a very quiet apartment, which was why we selected this as our base in York. As this was not the case, I would not return to this address and would not recommend it to anyone.

Very stylish apartment with a huge, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Excellent location just a short walk from the city centre. Secure on-site parking. Just like the photos.

Stairs were very steep between the lower bedroom floor and the upper living floor. The shower caulk/silicon needed to be redone as it was a bit mouldy. Also it was quite hot weather during our stay, and we had trouble cooling the apartment as there was no air conditioning and the windows only opened a small amount.

Well appointed and in a good position for exploring York.

The property had not been cleaned when we arrived but was soon corrected by Cosy Collection.They also refunded our cleaning fee as compensation.

Location fantastic! Bonus with secure parking. Lovely apartment with everything we needed. 😊
