The apartment was well presented, very spacious and clean, we were kept well informed before and during our stay, the instruction for getting there and how to access the property were excellent

Instructions to find the property a little unclear. The mattress protector in the double room needs to be washed - old stains on it. Short of one mug - not a problem but could easily be replaced.

LOCATION, CLEANLINESS, SECURITY, WELL KEPT GROUNDS AND GENERALLY WELL EQUIPT

Spacious and well decorated. Very well located for reaching the center of York. Very secure and safe, including that of secure and gated car parking.

Quite noisy throughout the night and early morning (collection / emptying of bins outside property) particularly if the windows were left open due to the internal room temperature. No dish cloths for cleaning worktops, crockery and cutlery.

Only 3 cups for hot drinks , there were 4 of us!

Fantastic location and very sizeable apartment

Very stylish, spacious, clean and tidy. Location couldn’t be better. Car parking was secure and easy. Has everything you need.

Check out at 10am I think is quite unfair sorry.
