Lack of mirrors- downstairs there should be more mirrors and definitely needs a full length mirror would be good instead of the painting in hallway. Needs blinds in bedroom windows Was cold- I know you could turn the temperature up and down but central heating system was still cold No oven gloves or cloth Some wine glasses were dirty

We had some unexpected personal issues during our visit and the property managers could not have been kinder. Everything about the apartment was great but I'll always appreciate their understanding.

Clean, tidy, well equipped

Directions to find property and then to access were a nightmare. Felt a bit like an escape room in reverse. Car park space quite small for a medium SUV and instructions should make it clear it is in inside car park. Decor inside is very dark. My wife thought it must have been interior designed by a single man. Having a £200 deposit taken.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable beds, high quality finish, beautifully decorated and super clean. Fantastic location; easy and quick to get anywhere in the city centre, all historic monuments, tourist attractions, shops, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Amazing service when we left personal item in the apartment after check out to get it back to us swiftly.

Incorrect instructions to get thru car barrier. Temperature in the apartment a little too hot and not clear how to adjust the temperature Confusion over check out time.

Excellent apartment in ideal location to walk around York. Very quiet although in a big block of flats- hardly saw anyone else. Bonus was free parking in secure, covered garage. All equipment in the flat was as new and shower was amazing!
