Es war super sauber. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind groß, neu und modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt! Der Kontakt war über WhatsApp und es lief alles unkompliziert und bestens.

Location is excellent, in the heart of Ortigia Helpful in arranging car parking for our stay Provide coupons to have continental breakfast, coffee and croissant Building has a small elevator Complementary washer but no dryer

No staff - all communication was via WhatsApp With regards to apartment, located on 2nd floor of building - very basic toiletries - worn out towels - 2 horrible pillows, no additional pillows available in the room - worn out bed sheets and cover - matterass was old and not comfortable - no lighting in the main hallway of the building as we were going out or returning at night, making it unsafe to see stairs or people coming up/down - no services included - shower head is rusty and needed to be changed.
