"Bien situé mais en mauvais état"

Proche des commerces, restaurants et du bord de mer. Le stationnement est gratuit mais il est parfois difficile de trouver une place. Le matelas est confortable et la résidence est calme le soir.

L'appartement est en assez mauvais état. Le meuble de la salle d'eau est abîmé sans doute suite à une inondation du sol. Les assises des chaises sont sales et l'une d'elle est cassée. Un des pieds de la table de la terrasse menace de se déboîter.
