El apto es bien situado y tiene buenas prestaciones.

La ubicación buena. El apto es bueno según el precio, pero no puedo tocar solo algunos detalles. Salimos a la terraza y gotea agua del aireacondicionado sobre nosotros. lo encontramos no en buenas condiciones higienicas. Teniamos que barrer y fregar antes de alojarnos. Necesita tirar todo pero todo de dentro, arreglar todala tuberia de agua y el desagüe (porque las paredes estan desechos de humedad) pintar y amueblar de nuevo. El apto es bien situado y tiene buenas prestaciones. Hay que reformarlo. Saludos.

Very easy to collect keys from reception

I went to reception the next morning 21st October to complain about the room to be told we had to contact the owner which i didn't do as there was no safe in the room and all our personal belongs were in there..

The location of the property was perfect for our stay, the size of property was also really good, the accessibility to the places we enjoy to go to during our stay.

The damp within the property, we are now aware that this is being dealt with. The lack of tea towels and bathroom sink plug. The cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival we noticed dead bugs on the wall where they had been squashed, the patio door glass was dirty. One set of the bedside draws did not have handles, the curtain rail appeared loose the smell of damp affected the bathroom, the toilet flush button was broken.

La casa se había inundado anteriormente y no nos dió opción a devolver el dinero y tuvimos que estar alojados con capas de costra de humedad, teniendo mi mujer asma El aire acondicionado no tenía fuerza y el mando no se veía el display y la salida de agua. Estaba en una garrafa que se llenaba en dos horas del aire acondicionado. La vitrocerámica no tenía puesto los números y estaba muy sucia No se podía andar por los habitáculos de la cocina y por seguridad de los fuegos, situación de nevera, pegada en cocina y no maniobramos. Decidimos comer fuera de la casa. Teníamos dificultades para entrar por las puertas de la ducha, porque los topes estaban muy justos y no somos muy gruesos. Tuvimos que desmontar los topes para poder entrar en la ducha Si ponías la lavadora o la tostadora, saltaban los fusibles por el aire acondicionado Teníamos que estar barriendo todos los días porque caían cascotes de pared de las humedades ha sido un horror la estancia no lo recomiendo a nadie pasar lo que hemos pasado no nos deberían de haber devuelto el dinero o habernos mandado a otro alojamiento el mismo al que contratamos una vergüenza

Hercules is in a very central location. Lot's to do around the area. Shop's bar's and restaurants

The apartment has a lovely pool view and central to everything .the lads on reception were very accommodating both on arrival and on check out.

The weather was beautiful 31 degrees. Unfortunately the pool was closed from Monday to Saturday which we weren't made aware of when booking ,some very disappointed children.

The property is well situated near all facilities restaurants bars beach super markets etc
