Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended for a Week's Stay Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of disappointing, and I strongly advise against choosing this place for a week-long stay, especially with family. We encountered several issues, including what felt like a scam during check-in.

Negatives: Before our arrival, the hotel manager contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm our booking but got everything wrong. I had to prove and explain my reservation details myself. Additionally, we were asked to confirm our check-in BEFORE 12 PM, despite the booking site stating that check-in is AFTER 12 PM. When I asked for clarification, I received no response. The address listed on the booking site differed from the actual location of the hotel. The manager gave the taxi driver the wrong address, and we were taken to another place. After some confusion and frustration, especially since we were traveling with children, they finally brought us to the correct hotel, but the mood was already spoiled. Upon arrival, the manager offered us a $20 discount if we canceled our booking through the website. However, I realized that canceling would have resulted in the full amount being charged to my card, which the manager conveniently neglected to mention. Thankfully, we refused. The room was dirty, and during our 7-day stay, the towels were never changed, the room was never cleaned, and we had to request toilet paper from the reception each time we needed it. There were water stains on the ceiling, and the light in the bathroom was constantly flickering (see photos). The breakfast was awful and practically finished by 8 AM. If you came down after 8, all that was left was coffee and some cookies. We managed to have breakfast only three times during our entire stay. On the last day, a kitchen worker started yelling at us and took our plates away because she hadn’t photographed the food yet. The administration just watched and did nothing to intervene. The staff were helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The hotel doesn’t accept card even though in the description it says it does. It doesn’t have elevator which is quite difficult especially when you come with big family and small children.

The bathroom was not clean. There were no towels, I had to ask. They bring dirty towels. the shower room was not clean. When breakfast arrived, the kitchen furniture was very old and not comfortable. During breakfast, the staff brought such dirty dishes from another table to me and suddenly placed them on my table!
