No possibility to pay by debit card, it was very disappointing.

Receptionist guy and girls on the day shift must be trained on their soft skills. They do not know how to talk to the guests. They have bad communication with their night shift guy. We had to extend our stay for a half day as our flight was at 01:00 a.m. Night shift guy promised us to extend our stay until 10:00 p.m for the half amount then in the morning day shift guys rejected. Then a guy who works on a day shift promised at least to extend until 6:00 p. m for the half stay payment but we received a call from them to our room to do check out at 5:00 p.m. They don’t care about the guests. Thanks Moon you are in my blocklist.

This hotel was a great value for the price. It was conveniently located near the airport. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a good variety of amenities. The breakfast was also good, with a variety of hot and cold options. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly option.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Location was not so convenient, but taxis are cheap enough and plentiful, especially if you use Yandex. Breakfast was just okay. According to booking.com we should have been able to pay by credit card, however they requested that we pay in UZ Som.

The hotel had all amenities as advertised and in a quiet neighborhood. Taxi to and fro the main tourist attraction was around 1 to 2 USD only. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was good. Breakfast had decent options. Air conditioning unit was very quiet. The staff spoke good English and was easy to communicate with.
