Unfortunately we did run out of gas Saturday evening it was November and pretty cold and I was unsure how to get more gas or a new bottle

The property itself was spacious and clean

Although the property was spacious and clean, one of the toilets was leaking and was reported straight away but didn’t even get looked at till a few days later plus one of the showers was producing hot water which was dealt with a few days later that was fixed, but the toilet at the base is still leaking after supposedly be fixed

The complex ok

The caravan was not cleaned when we arrived cooker oven dirty nothing cleaned on it , bed was dirty my wife had to go and buy piller protecters shower in our bedroom not working so we had to use other which the head fell off theas issues where reported was told someone would come to clean but never did my wife was going to go swimming Wednesday but waited In with dog for someone to come and they didn't, not very happy as you can imagine 1 of the showers was fixed we don't go on holiday to clean a caravan.photos sent to cleaning services

Extremely clean caravan in a very well looked after campsite. Caravan was everything you would expect, clean and well looked after. Shop nearby and certain amenities since you are on a Parkdean resort.

We left it late to book and this location was the only one available for a reasonable price. Would have preferred somewhere closer to the beach. Also the caravan didn't come with wifi, we did hook up to Parkdean's free wifi but there were certain limitations in usage. However these are small negatives.
