"Lovely spacious caravan, great easy location in a big park"

Lovely caravan, very spacious, shower at the twin rooms end was great but the one at the double end was just a trickle and wouldn't heat, it was only me and my grandson so didn't have any negative affect on our stay but would be an issue for a family. Absolutely loved sitting it on the deck watching the ducks.

The ceiling lights need a bit of a clean

The fire didn’t work properly & DVD player was broken in bedroom & wasn’t one in the living room.
