Peaceful. Lovely property. Well kept and well equipped. Would have given 100% apart from parking. However this is the nature of the village road not the quality of the property

Beautiful cottage which was comfortable & well equipped for all our needs. The owner was helpful & brought us an umbrella for the garden during the recent heatwave. We especially liked the beautiful enclosed garden. The local walks from the cottage are stunning & we could see the sun set from the cottage. 5 mins walk from a golden sandy beach.

"Perfect, quiet, comfortable cottage with some lovely features."

We loved the original features like the flooring and the fireplace in the bedroom and the fact that we could alter the heating when needed. It also had a very modern contemporary feel about it as well. The pub was great and we were able to go to a folk night at Manobier House - a great village setting! The keys were not in the keysafe but the property was unlocked and the keys on the side. Before we left, I messaged Katie and she responded fairly promptly.

One of the single beds was on a slight angle so that your head was a little lower than your feet. My friend swapped beds on the second night and the other one was fine. The door handle was very stiff to lift up in order to lock the cottage.

"Very homely cottage in a great location."

Very inviting, homely cottage. Great location right next door to the lovely community pub. Short walk to the castle and beach.

We were the first to stay in the cottage this year (January), the heating was very efficient. The lounge was the coldest room and it would be lovely to be able to have a log fire or boost the heat with an electric fire.
