蔕 Heta Nozawa Onsen

Very cute -- artistic and boutique. Kazu was terrific and made our trip much more enjoyable because he helped us learn about the area, restaurants, onsens, etc.

The wellness was amazing. Very new and clean! Two saunas and a cold bath outside, and a hot bath with showers inside. The room was nice and clean as well! And the owner was amazing, helped us with recommendations and additional service for our wet shoes and booked a taxi for us to go to the station.

Lovely property within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and onsens. Beautiful little town. Property manager, Kazu, was very helpful too.

お部屋は清潔感があり、サウナ、水風呂も申し分なかったです。

犬を連れての宿泊でしたが、ゲージから出せないと言うのが困りました。

大浴場やサウナが楽しめたところ。部屋のデザインも素敵で大人数でもゆっくり過ごすことができました。

夏はエアコンが効くまでに時間がかかった。(スイートルームで広かったから？)プロジェクターのスクリーンはあったが、機械がどれか分からず使えなかった。

The location of the property was absolutely amazing. It was so close to the ski lift and really close to good restaurants and walking distance from the bus stop. I have no complaints. It was really a beautiful property too.

Downstairs there’s a cool bar and there is an on on site with the sauna on the steam and a cold plunge. The room was so gorgeous. It even had a projector television right above the bed and a record player with cool records
