Japanese tradition meets modern style! As a family of 4 this was perfect for us! Onsite onsen, steam room and sauna were a bonus - plus a cosy little bar downstairs

"perfect accommodation to travel with kids"

the spa was amazing, the family room is spacious enough for family of 5 with kids, it was clean and the location also great only 500 m to Nagasaka gondola and 600 m to downtown. we had amazing stay.

Boutique at its best! The rooms are thoughtfully designed with authentic finishes and bespoke styling. The cozy public bar downstairs was a treat, Kazu’s cocktails are some of the most delicious we’ve ever had. Then there’s the private sauna, steam room, cold plunge and extra large hot bath… definitely the highlights of our stay. Thanks HETA!

It's pretty close to pretty much everywhere you need to be in Nozawaonsen. 10 minute walk to main town area, and a 6 minute walk to the Nagasaka Gondola! The folks there were pretty friendly and accomdating!

Comfortable beds, great bath, great fridge. Excellent location. Good sauna.

Only one toilet for 9+ occupants. Smart projector was great but no clear wall to project on to. Limited kitchen equipment. Bad sewage smell in bathroom (blocked drain maybe).
