Cozy Etta apartment 501 with a wonderful sea-view terrace

As a solo traveller it was just great. Allesandro was the perfect host, responding to my questions and requests straight away. I felt very comfortable being there on my own. Fellow guests in the complex were also very friendly and helpful. Loved the pools. The studio apartment was kitted out with everything that one might need. I was very thankful to Allesandro on my last day as he very kindly allowed me to remain in the apartment until 3 pm as I had an evening flight to catch. I would definitely recommend Cozy Etta to my friends and I hope to return again next year.

If I have to say something then it would be that I'm not sure that two people could shower one after the other without the water going cold. It was fine for me but water started to go cold by end of shower...maybe I should have pressed some button or other but in any case it was fine. I had a quicker shower the second day😁

Studio très sympa plein sud, avec super vue mer, dans petite résidence bien tenue avec jolies piscines. Au pied du joli sentier du littoral.

Le grille pain, la bouilloire et les couteaux sont très usés. Sous le balcon, il y a le bar de la résidence, donc le bruit des consommateurs pas discrets et la musique, de 12h à 20h au moins. Il faut aimer! Heureusement les nuits sont calmes.

Apartment could do with a complete overhaul. Stayed in lanzarote about 40 odd times and this was below average

Bon emplacement, très belle vue, pratique avec la piscine, à proximité commerces bons équipements et grand balcon.
