Cozy Etta apartment 501 with a wonderful sea-view terrace

The view from this terrace is beautiful 😍 to wake up to that every morning was great. The location of the apartment is perfect for accessing the old harbour and surrounding pubs and restaurants. The bus service is regular and the bus stops close by to access either end of the island. The pool area is fantastic and impeccably clean. The small bar area is fab for afternoon/early evening drinks. A cracking little place i will be returning ❤️

The occasional smell from the bathroom drain.

We had an excellent stay. The location is excellent. The property has absolutely everything that you would ever need for a holiday. Alessandro also let us have a late check out which saved us from sitting around all day with our cases. We would definitely stay here again. The complex was also very relaxed and well maintained.

Perfect location, lovely pool and complex and beautiful views from the apartment. Comes Complete with towels, hairdryer, iron, safe, WiFi etc….

Location, great sea view, port and local restaurants, supplies for washing up and washing machine is a great benefit

Towels could be updated, the attendance of some customers at the bar disturbed the natural peace afforded the location during the mornings and afternoons. Understand people want to enjoy themselves but ….this is not a negative of the property or those renting it out.

excellent apartment couldn't fault it

the only thing i didn't like about my holiday was the flight time waiting around the complex for a long time because of late flight

Very nice apartment with great view of the sea and harbour. Immediately beside the bar and pools of the complex. Very good WiFi in the room.

The description of the apartment was very misleading. This was apartment 501 of block San Fransisco 2 - the name Cozy Etta was not actually documented anywhere. It should be made clear that this an Air B&B style apartment and not linked to the apartment complex, so terms like priority check-in are totally meaningless. Also the television was reporting channel errors in Spanish most of the time.
