只是要讨两个毛巾，员工和我说 要把脏的毛巾拿给他了才可以换，好没关系 到了隔天 毛巾脏了 我拿那两条毛巾去跟他换新的 员工又和我说 太晚了 换不了 服务态度也不好 说话的时候也不耐烦 说了一大堆没用的话 就是为了不要服务我 差。拜托 不要服务人 态度不好 就不要开酒店 谢谢
