- The location is ideal for my purpose - the room cleanliness & spacious for comfort - security is good - eatery & convenient stores are available nearby

- that we hd to climb the stairs to go to our room - no free parking....need to buy coupon - tv channels are limited

That's it cheap,since i was travelling for work,i just need the room for shower and sleep at night

My last night of 3 night stay,someone try to open my door.Its good that door have buckle safety lock inside.But i still scream like hell. I was so shocked and frighten to sleep after that. Just maybe the customer use their card on my door by mistake,but its still scary.

Towels very poor quality. Loud music from pub downstairs Can improve on cleanliness

Share walls with a night club makes it difficult sleeping at night

Centrally located, cold aircond and the hot shower.

Close to a pub and next to main road so noise issues. Smoking guests

No elevators

Spacious, clean room with ac. Central location to walk around Miri. Good value for money. Water filter station outside the rooms. Some notes (not a major issue)- room was "river view" this meant overlooking at the street. Room said to have a Kettle which it didn't

Hotel itself was nice, there was a karaoke bar next door open until 2am with very loud music mid week which didn't allow us to rest both nights we stayed (mon-tue). Bring good earplugs, cheap ones won't do the work.
