Steps to the beach!

Me and my wife has a great stay in Karols apartment, building is classic Miami Beach art deco, has mid century vibe to it. apartment just as pictures, host was kind enough to grant us earlier check in, this is was great, since we had early flight

Lugar no adaptado para 4 personas. Demasiado ruidoso y oscuro. Atras y de un lado estan construyendo. No se pueden abrirl las ventanas porque hay ruido y polvo. Solo funciona una hornalla de una cocina rara que está envuelta la parte de arriba con papel aluminio y nos parecio apto por cuestiones basicas de limpieza. Exceso su tarifa por las prestaciones. Tampoco tiene mesa ni sillAs. Tengo la posibilidad de viajar todos los años a miami pero no volveria a ese dto.

Sin mesa ni silla. Ruidoso y oscuro. No se podian abrir las ventanas por ruido y polvo de las dos obras que estan realizando. Lugar difícil de estacionar. Lejos y caros. 1 sola hornalla funcionaba. Normas basicas de limpieza no presentaba

Ogólnie nie warto, mimo ceny, radzę troszkę dołożyć i spać w lepszych warunkach, prysznic przecieka, w całym budynku i mieszkaniu jest zapach wilgoci, jest bardzo brudno, dywany które kiedyś były beżowe teraz są czarne. W apartamencie czekała na nas spleśniała kawa po poprzednich gościach, brakuje światła, są tylko małe lampki. Resztę widać na zdjęciach…

The location is decent

Probably, my worst experience in 10+ years of travel. This property is deceptive and in severe disrepair. 1) Hygiene & Pests: We found cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets. The bed linens were dirty with hair from previous guests, and the towels were stained and grey. We had to do our own laundry immediately upon arrival just to sleep safely. 2) Broken Infrastructure: The host lied about a "NEW" leak under the sink; In reality, the cabinet is completely rotted through from months of neglect. The stove has only one working burner (mentioned in another review from 9 months ago!), and the windows are cracked and filthy. Lots of other plumbing issues as well (clogged kitchen sink, leaking shower faucet). 3) Safety Hazards: The door lock is defective and often fails to lock (blinking red). There are electrical wires in the bathroom in a plain view and a hole above the outlet. 4) Other: There is no "Private Beach" as advertised; of course, it is just public beach access. Missing tabletop mentioned in yet another review from May 2025 is still missing, leaving only the useless stand. Lots of other minor issues not even worth mentioning compared to the ones above - it is clear the host does not care about the property at all and does not want to invest anything in its maintenance. Do not be fooled by the photos - most pictures are of nearby hotels and have nothing to do with a unit.

Looks exactly like the photos- aged 10 years. The glass from the wooden table is missing, it’s quite musty I can’t describe

We stayed at Karol’s place and absolutely loved it. It's a spacious one bedroom apartment, and in real life it's exactly as pictured. You cannot beat this location. It's just across the street from the beach. Key has everything you need for cooking. We did some breakfast and a few lunches and for dinners we have gone to restaurants nearby

The only good part was the location.

The apartment was old, dirty and without ventilation. You couldn't open the windows and the AC was very old and was constantly turning on/off, our clothes were always dump because of humidity.
