I loved that public transport was close to property. I loved that it was clean and smelt lovely.

Lovely and clean, great shower and comfy bed. Lovely host. Easy parking on street. Quiet area.

Struggled to operate TV at times. Remote control was temperamental unless pointed in a certain way.

Everything. Very clean. Lovely friendly service from Mel. Food was delicious. Rooms very comfortable and very quiet even with the window open all night when it was hot. The photos online really did not do this property justice.

Nothing to dislike.

The decor, layout and ease of access to the property was great. The host was superb very welcoming. We found that being further away from the main pubs and bars but close enough to catch the tram to the piers was perfect for us and ensured a quieter nights rest.

There wasn’t really anything to critique in all honesty if I had to be fussy the tv remote was a pain to use

The host Melanie was very welcoming updated us to say we would have a contential breakfast with the choice of a bacon or sausage roll which was perfect the room was lovely and clean the bed was very comfortable not had this in Blackpool before would definitely stay again when we return

"Perfect"

What a wonderful find. From the moment we arrived we received the warmest of welcomes. The hotel is spotless and breakfast and facilities were 1st class only a minutes walk to the tram stop to take you to the centre. Our trip was 3 nights but we could easily have stayed longer. We came as guests and left as friends. Thank you Sean & Melanie, see you soon!
