When we arrived the bedding hadn’t been changed and the bedroom had a stale, greasy smell but after querying this the host arranged for it to be changed for the second night. The cleanliness/ freshness of bathroom and towels/linens was just ok. Bathroom toiletries were empty. The place has a slight feeling of neglect. Not the host’s fault but there was a constant smell of cigarettes coming through the bathroom and the building entrance is sketchy and had smell of urine.

Fantastic apartment in a great location! It was spotless, beautifully arranged, and the host was always available and helpful. Highly recommend!

This apartment is really exceptional. It's super clean, literally in the city center and the host was amazing, welcoming and really helpful. Both the bed and the sofa are comfortable and the building itself is quiet. We really slept well. You also have an available parking space if you prefer to leave your car and go everywhere by public transport or on foot, which maybe is a better option since the traffic can get heavy at times. All in all, this was a perfect stay, with everything we needed in the accommodation. We will surely stay here again!

Very good location. The only negative was that the sofa was uncomfortable for two people as the pieces moved while sleeping and there were only 2 toilet papers for 6 people. Overall we are satisfied with our stay and especially with the owner who helped us a lot with all the detailed information he provided us about everything!

A beautiful house in the centre of the old town with a very kind and helpful owner.Very clean and warm during the winter with parking.It was an amazing experience in Bucharest to stay in Serenity!
