L'emplacement idéal Appart rénové récemment avec goût

Les bruits des voisins du dessus. Un canapé convertible peu confortable même pour des ados. Elles sentaient les lattes TV non utilisable car impact en son centre. Même si on ne vient pas pour regarder la tv, autant ne pas la mentionner si non utilisable

L’emplacement. L’environnement.

Séjour de 7 jours , habitués à Lisbonne c est la première fois que l’on rencontre une location aussi négligée !!! Télé cassée ( apparemment depuis août 2025 ) , ampoule grillée dans la salle à manger , lavabo qui fuit et inonde le meuble sous lavabo, toilettes qui fuient et inonde le sol . Pas de pelle pour ramasser les saletés , pas de serpillière pour laver , et aspirateur plus que plein ( au vu du sac , surement depuis plusieurs mois 🤮🤮) Porte d entrée qu il faut forcer en donnant un gros coup dedans pour ouvrir . Lit de la chambre avec une literie plus qu’usée… nous avons du dormir sur le canapé qui etait un peu mieux et mettre les enfants dans la chambre ! Malgré nos demandes dès le premier jour , et une promesse de passage , personne n’est venue !! Un grand manque de sérieux et de « jemenfoutisme » .

"J adore ce quartier donc j ai apprécié mon séjour de deux jours mais pour 4 c est un peu trop petit."

L’emplacement et l agencement du logement

Il y avait une unité d eau et j ai envoyé des messages mais a part m expliquer comment faire mon état de sortie. Je n ai eu aucunes interactions.

La ubicación es muy buena! El apartamento es tal cual como aparece en las fotos y huele bien como primera impresión. La cocina tiene todo lo indispensable y está todo muy limpio. Si quieres ir andando a muchas zonas de interés, este sitio está perfectamente ubicado.

El televisor no sirve. El lavabo pierde agua y no advierten sobre ello. Mejorable: tomando en cuenta que hace frío pueden poner cobijas adicionales. Para los que quieren descansar sin ruido, tengan en consideración que en el piso de arriba hay un niño que hace ruido y se escucha bastante. Difícil aparcar cerca.
