"Verona, a place to come back to."

It was one of the nicest apartments I have stayed in on my travels, close to all amenities and transport. The apartment was well serviced, and they really took care with the personal touches. I really appreciated that they allowed me to leave my bags prior to checking in. Well done! Communication from start to finish was just superb.

I cannot fault this property or those who administer it. Excellent service!

The property was clean and had a convenient location to the bus transportation. The price was to very reasonable for the area location. They had some good suggestions of things to see in Verona. The welcome snacks and wine was a very nice treat when we arrived.

We did not have a way to do laundry and the laundromat was not convenient to the location. Although the location supplied us with an ironing board, there was no ironing board.

Everything was so good. From welcoming me until I leave the place, the host did a fantastic job. I requested for a early check-in and I got it. I just had a look at the other apartments and wanted to move to Carmen and they did it in few minutes. I even wanted a late check-out and they arranged that too. Cannot be thankful enough for everything they did to me.

it was 30 minute walk to the train station and a taxi or bus ride to Verona centre.
