I liked that the property was very clean, with plenty of towels, pillows and extra blankets. The staff was amazing, they were very attentive, helpful & super nice. I felt very welcomed as soon as I stepped inside the apartment, they even had a complimentary wine bottle for us with wineglasses and every we needed for coffee in the morning, including a pastry. The bus stop to get to downtown Verona was only a block away, and there is a Tabacchi store around the corner where you can purchase bus tickets for half the price. I recommend this place as it was very convenient for us.

rooms are fresh and clean

the cooking area is very old, the ventilation is not sufficient. the light in the kitchen is very low. The home environment was cold at the end of September. It gets cold at night.

Well equipped kitchen, nice comfy bed and sofa. lovely bathroom, and washing machine is helpful. Air-conditioned living room too. Nice friendly area with cafes, supermarkets and a shopping centre.

Little way out of the main city however pretty close to train station once you work out the short cuts. To unlock the door you have to pull it towards you then turn the key once you work it out it’s easy!
