Nice place, comfortable, good location for Batam Center, near to Greenland and fast food outlets Clean and reasonably well appointed.

The bathroom was disappointing with peeling walls and, as is usually the case in Indonesia, no hot water for shower. Every night we were there a large group of young people occupied the Oxo guest only tables and had a loud party until 6am. The apartment is also very poorly designed and we could hear the neighbors and their kids talking loudly through an adjoining door. The stove was also cheap rubbish and doesn't work that well, even when we were shown how to use it.

Modern, clean and spacious.

More shelves or hooks in the bathroom would be useful. We could also hear next door very clearly.
