The property is a brand new duplex and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. There is a 24hr convenient store right below. It’s about 10-15 mins from Batam ferry terminal and 10-15 mins to city center.

The only thing is the size and space of the toilet. Although the apartment is well furnished for 4 to 5 according to the description but there is only one toilet with shower facility. Super narrow bathroom as the toilet and shower are attached so it makes group stay a little inconvenient. The saving grace is there is one common toilet next to the lift so can still use as alternative if need be.

It was cosy, host was very nice and friendly. Since we were new to the city, he gave us recommendations on where to eat, which attractions to go etc. he was also contactable via WhatsApp and messaged us a few days prior to answer our enquiries. Since we had to check out at a certain time, the host was nice enough to let us put our luggage in the storeroom and food in the fridge

Everything was good. Heard that it might be cheaper to walk in and book as compared to booking online. We didn’t mind paying extra for the convenience of booking online because the facilities were good

As usual,the management team,the staff,the apartment services that they service us,was phenomenal,I highly recommend this, probably 1 of the best suite apartment in BaTaM,5 STAR service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nothing,all up to my expectations standards

The bed was abit too hard for my personal preference and it would be better if there’s more pillow
