"Would stay again but your other house in Horsham is better for our needs"

Had all that was needed Clean and fresh Shower was good

Bathroom shower screen did not keep water in, thankfully enough towels to put on the floor where the screen was leaking into floor. Screen was in the correct position. Window in back bedroom did not open

"Great place, will definitely book again centrally located for airport, south coast & Ashdown Forest"

Dedicated parking space, easy access to where we needed to go, fully enclosed garden for the dogs, free WiFi, quiet neighbourhood, conservatory with dining area if needed. Very easy to add an extra couple of days to our stay at short notice and this was very much appreciated.

We travelled with our three dogs and found the vacuum cleaner did not work very well. The bag was full and we had to empty it ourselves but it did not improve the performance of the cleaner. We like to leave the place as we find it and found the cleaner not up to standard for us.

"A Very Happy relax comfortably enjoyable stay 😃🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

We loved our happy stay at this lovely property. We had a relaxing, comfortable very happy time here. The house has a well equipped kitchen where I enjoyed cooking our meals and had these at the table in the conservatory. The dogs had also a great stay and were very welcomed at the property ( this made us feel also happy and relax) There are plenty of parking spaces at anytime, also the property has an allocated parking space at the side. We went there with 3 cars and always find space available at the front of the house (lay-by). The area where the property is was very peaceful and we had lovely river side walks ( starting just at the end of the road ) and admire the lovely green scenery and flowers. The area felt very safe and the property had a happy feeling all around. Horsham Town is just 5 min drive and it’s a fabulous town with a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Horsham. We would like to thank the owners and housekeeper for our wonderful stay at your property.

Some squeaky floorboards upstairs and in my opinion some more clothes hanging ( a wardrobe ) and adding a couple of bedside tables would be just perfect.

Nice and quiet, close to town.

Beds could have been more comfortable and the floor boards make a lot of noise.

Breakfast was not part of the deal. Having stayed before we knew what to expect and location is excellent for visiting family. Accommodation was warm and cosy. Location nice and quiet.

Having stayed before we were disappointed that small maintenance things mentioned a year ago had not been attended to and there were some other things that could do with improvement. The bathroom ceiling could do with being repainted where damp has been and still may be maybe due to roof leakage. Carpets need to be properly fixed down at doorways with appropriate sized naplocks. Door lock to conservatory needs to be repaired or replaced as mechanisms are breaking down. Light rose in bedroom needs to be refitted along with curtain rail on front window in bedroom. A lick of paint could brighten skirting boards and shower holder is cracked and not holding shower head properl.
