KB51 Charming 2 bed house in Horsham, pets very welcome and long stays with easy access to London, Brighton and Gatwick

Location was good and very peaceful and quiet

Could be a really nice place to stay but there were just many things that were not of good standard ie: worn out dirty washing up sponge+ other areas in kitchen, bathroom needs complete upgrade because bath panel dangerous and sharp, rusty old loo brush holder, stained toilet…. Actually everything needs replacing and ceiling fan clogged up. We are really sorry but perhaps owners not aware. Bedding under the duvet cover not really acceptable…. All bedding. Please go look for yourself owners , we don’t like writing this. We travel a lot and stay in many properties sadly our expectations not matched especially for the price.

Comfortable, well equipped and quite a bit of information provided. Easy and simple check in and check out. Dedicated parking close by. Nice neighbourhood. Great Comms 😁 Comfortable beds. Close to Horsham centre and train station (less than 10 minutes drive)

Fridge wasn't turned on but found the switch soon enough. No hot water in the taps. But shower was hot and great. No plug for basin in the bathroom. All very very minor things and didn't diminish the enjoyment of our stay. Cupboards, drawers, hanging space for clothes would be a great addition.

The location was really good and the parking was a bonus.

The property has a few big issues. - No dining table. The table in the photos is broken and not safe to use. It should be removed. - The carpet has come away from the door guards and is a serious trip hazard. - The floorboards are very loose or damaged upstairs so make an awful creaking noise. You can’t walk upstairs without making a lot of noise. - The garden isn’t clear and has some large and spikey weeds.

The landlords were nice and very responsible to my questions. Check-in and checkout was straightforward. Location was nice and peaceful.

Location was handy for visiting family. Street was quiet and there was easy parking.

As stated in previous reviews, the property required some TLC. Was advised by the owner that the table in the conservatory was not safe to use.
