Convenient location close to all you need concert hall was 10mmins walk as promised

I paid sme mount for whole 3 bed house as I would for one hotel room

The location was perfect for our concert at Coop Live and we had an overall comfortable experience.

There were no oven trays or tea towels in the kitchen. We washed our dishes as there was no point putting the dishwasher on but we couldn't dry them without tea towels. The lock on the upstairs bathroom door was also broken.

Quite a good location, could walk to the co-op live.

The parking space was very tight, mattresses were awful, marks on the walls and overall just needed to be cleaner.

The property was in a great location for our group.

The heating had been turned off before our arrival on a bitterly cold day, it took fifteen hours for the house to warm to 18 degrees, however we couldn’t use the smallest bedroom as the heater didn’t work in there at all so two members of the group had to share…may I suggest a member of your team turns the heating on for when guests arrive.

The property is well equipped and walking distance to the Coop live. Off road parking is tight but a good addition. Overall it worked for us, due to being there for only a small amount of time, the price and location but could be so much more.

We were a family of 4 and only provided with 2 towels. When I contacted the owner I was told this was an error by booking.com which was not great. No solution was sourced. The whole place needs to be looked at as many areas are damaged like; cigarette marks on the sofa, the filthy rug in the living room, chips & scuffs on the walls, the broken bathroom lock, the damaged door handle which randomly falls off in the back bedroom, replacing the mattresses as you can feel the springs, buying a new bin in the kitchen as it doesn’t work and fixing the second porch door that doesn’t lock.
