Entire Modern & Spacious 3BDR home in Manchester right next to Coop Live & Ethiad

Size + location to the coop arena

Could have done with a tea towel and dish washer tablets so couldn't put dishwasher on before we left Bathroom lock was broke when we got there, not a problem for us though. Car parking on the drive very tight, ok if got a small car. Overall great night's stay with friends

Was big and spacious. Plenty of kitchen items.

Toilets seats wobbly, door handle in bedroom loose. Mattresses not very comfortable. Felt a little uncomfortable as people were looking in a lot, a man walked passed a number of times, felt uneasy, but glad you had a door cam and cctv. Hopefully that does work.

Well equipped, very clean and spacious. 15 mins walk to Coop Arena. Quiet road.

Drive was small so parked on the road which was fine.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were immediately hit with the strong smell of stale smoke. At first glance, the property appeared clean, but as we began to unpack, the reality became increasingly unpleasant. Cupboard doors were splashed with grime, and we were provided kitchen sponges that were clearly used and had hair on them (see photo) I ended up going out to buy disinfectant and giving the surfaces a good wipe down. We noticed cigarette burn marks on the sofa, and later found cigarette butts—and even a spliff—in the back garden. More cigarette butts were visible on the roof from the bedroom window, and loose tobacco was down the side of the bedside table. Despite the property’s no-smoking policy, it’s clear people have been smoking inside (see photos) The rug under the coffee table was filthy, and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable—the mattresses are well past needing replacement. On top of all that, 2 out of 3 of us developed what appeared to be bug bites and rashes that lasted throughout our stay, which was deeply concerning. The only real positive is the location, which is convenient if you’re attending a show at Co-op Live. However, I wouldn’t return unless absolutely necessary. We ended up leaving well before the 11 a.m. check-out time because we just wanted to get out. This place has great potential—it could be lovely with a deep clean, some fresh paint, and proper maintenance. But in its current state, it really misses the mark

A good location for Coop Live and Etihad - around a 15 min walk with some of that along the canal which was nice. House is nice and modern with a lovely open plan ground floor and plenty of seating. The management was very responsive when we had queries.

Upstairs rooms were quite hot - fans would have been welcome and the beds were not all that comfortable
