Todo en general, estaba muy bien, muy espacioso, muy cómodo, todo muy nuevo, la calefacción funcionaba muy bien, el ascensor también funcionaba, no hay nada malo que poner, volveremos seguro

Tuvimos que pagar un depósito de 500£ días antes de hospedarnos que no sabíamos que teníamos que pagar, pero he de decir que lo han devuelto al estar el alojamiento bien

wij hebben meerdere malen gevraagd om een extra deken. Maar het was niet mogelijk om deze te krijgen. En aan de voorkant werd ons heel duidelijk gemaakt dat alles erg schoon was en wij absoluut geen rommel mochten maken. Bij het inchecken viel ons oog meteen op een aantal dikke vlekken in de vloerbedekking en er zat een erg vuil deken vol met vlekken in de kast. Hier is geen excuses of reductie in de kosten voor geweest.

Property was in a great location, close to the station. Clean and comfy. Great price. Shampoo, condition and hand soap seemed to be of a good quality.

Lots of rules that may scare some guests off due to the penalty prices. I understand rules need to be in place but maybe a guest booklet on the property may help as repeat messages to read through to find what you needed to know took some time. Also more cooking equipment more of been good as eating out can be a challenge for us as our daughter has a peanut allergy.
