Who knows, was never able to get in to facility!! Derails to get in arrived 45 mins after we arrived, despite having our arrival confirmed. Had to go to another hotel instead at 10 15 at night!

The property was not as clean as we would have liked.

My booking was cancelled 3 hours before I was supposed to arrive. Not having any wifi and barely any internet connection, I had to scrape by to get a taxi to drive me there and then pick me up again. I spent 31 pounds extra because of the business’ incompetence. I feel as if this thing is a scam.

Cancelled last minute. With a poorly written message. Haven't given me a refund.

It was clean and comfortable

We were late so I was expecting basic toiletries but soap, hand wash and body wash were missing.

Good location to Heathrow. Affordable.

It was advertised as a room for 3 with the option for another bed. But on arrival there was only 1 bed, plus a blow up mattress. It was uncomfortable. There was wet washing left in the machine so we couldn't do any washing. The shower drain was blocked and overflowed, which did not look like a new issue. We had to send documents through social media to be given access to our room. The upside is it is stylish, well furnished, quiet and affordable, but only for a couple.

This is the best apartment if you need to stay near the airport. You can take the H21 airport shuttle bus from terminal 4 to and from the airport to the apartment for £1 per person.

Said it had two double beds and I was and the other was an inflatable bed this was for my special needs kid to sleep on checked in at 8pm and self checked out at 11am was no fan in this hot weather also had to pay £17 for over night parking and no internet when we got in after 1hr we got connected the washing machine had towels inside unsure if they was washed please avoid I am requesting a full refund
