property had everything we needed for the stay.

The property is not in a convenient location to terminal 4 and takes ages to walk to/ Ubers are hard to get at inconvenient times. Property also felt a bit unsafe with other apartments doors boarded up and broken. Staff also messaged me twice from separate numbers for ID despite already providing this which felt weird.

Nothing.They are just worried about getting money not the guests and compare the stay with other better hotels,They try to tell you that you get the property for cheap rates and you must stay in when the property is nowhere near the expectations.Dont ever book this property as it’s not safe no lock systems and rude behaviour from the management.They don’t clean areas or refill toiletries.

Better ask What I liked about it,Kindly refrain from booking this property,I assume they get paid reviews.Booking.com also helped the management to take all money when the guest had to leave in between, they just don’t have facilities and when we question it they behave like they are giving it for free,of course not,I paid and they don’t have the courtesy to return money,This place has no AC and the facility claim they have AC.They put blame on me complaining about hot weather saying previous guest broken it.Is that my problem?

Northing. ! I never got to enter the apartment. When I arrived there. No reception and I called to tell them I have arrived. They passed around to few people on different calls until some lady said to me they had to cancel my booking because they just realised there is covid in the apartment. I was distraught till now. They promised a refund but I got nothing back from them.

I can’t comment on any positives as we did not stay at this property as the front door was smashed and the location was too far from terminal 4.

The location. We needed a property that was a comfortable walking distance to terminal 4. Google maps says 24 minutes walk. Factor in suitcases and busy roads to get to an early morning flight and a taxi ride of around 6-8 minutes becomes a necessity. Hopefully you can get one to arrive on time. Add to this the smashed front door and non operable pin pad lock.

The apartment was great, and I liked the touches like new toothbrushes and toiletries to use.

Due to the position, it was too far to walk with bags, and to book a cab or Uber was 47 pound to take us to the airport. Cost to get there from the airport was less at 20pound.

Securing accommodation for my family, which comfortably fits into just one room, often proves to be a daunting task. However, discovering this spacious apartment was truly a dream come true! The convenience of owning a Tesla was elevated by the swift charging facilities available at the apartment’s car park – a genuine relief! I must commend the team for their clear instructions and unwavering efforts in ensuring the utmost satisfaction for me and my family, making our experience truly remarkable. Although I typically refrain from leaving reviews, I simply couldn’t resist expressing my gratitude for the generous space provided by these apartments, catering perfectly to the needs of myself, my spouse, and our two children. I extend my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided, along with the thoughtful provision of complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks. Rest assured, when my travels bring me back to London, this establishment will be my first choice without hesitation!

I loved everything, the Tesla fast charge was a bonus

Modern property, very clean! I was shocked how amazing the customer service was, quick response, quick and easy check in. Very reliable!! I would definitely book this apartment again !! Clean towels provided, toothpaste and tooth brush , shampoo & hair conditioner provided by this hotel so I didn’t find the need to take out my suitcase! Washing machine is a dryer too! I also really liked this hotel very convenient so I extended for 3 more days!
